PRODUCT LEAD TIMES
Lead times may vary from product to product, but as a general rule most products will take 5 to 10 business days from order completion to shipment. Due to high order volumes, custom patch hats currently take 4-6 weeks.
RETURN POLICY
To provide the best product experience, we apply a return policy for customers. Even though it has been meticulously processed and carefully inspected, errors during the inspection and delivery process cannot be avoided. If so, please understand and follow our purchasing policy to receive the best service.
Conditions for accepting returns:
Customers are allowed to exchange or return products if the products have not been used and meet the conditions for the goods to be returned.
The goods delivered do not match the pictures and descriptions of Sale executive.
Note:
Avoid using sharp objects or chemicals in direct contact with the skin surface
Avoid leaving leather products exposed to water or mold for a long time.
Avoid letting the product become dirty with substances that are difficult to remove such as ink, lubricants, etc.
Conditions for goods to meet the return requirements: (Return Policy)
A. Return conditions
The product has lost its seal, is delivered with the wrong quantity, information and model compared to the order.
Return period: Time to return goods does not exceed 03 days from the date of receipt of goods (based on the purchase invoice or receipt signed by the courier service.
However, for some discounted products, we will not apply the same return and exchange conditions as above, during the sales consultation we will advise specifically on the term as well as the form of return for each product for customers to refer to when there is a need to buy that product.
B. Return process
Step 1: Inbox us on Zalo / Facebook / Email via pictures to identify product errors from Tannery.
Step 2: If San Nguyen Leather agrees to return the goods, please send the goods back to the address: 60/9 Le Van Phan, Phu Tho Hoa, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Step 3: The goods will be exchangeed for customers, in case there are no more products in stock, the company commits to refund 100% of the fees that customers have paid through forms such as: cash at the company or bank transfer. Refund within 3 working days.
C. Cost regulations
In case of return due to the seller's error, all return shipping and cash transfer costs are borne by the seller.
Regulations on exchange of goods:
In case of exchange due to seller error: wrong size, color, thickness... delivered, all shipping and return costs and cash transfer are borne by the seller.
Customers can change to another product (same article or different article) when the product has an irreparable problem as confirmed by San Nguyen Leather staff.
New product: has equal or higher value than the old product (no refund if the product has lower value).
